Chris Eberly, executive director of the Maryland Bird Conservation Partnership (MBCP), will discuss this exciting new program. The Farmland Raptor Program aims to stabilize and increase the populations of the American Kestrel, Barn Owl, and Chimney Swift, three species of “Greatest Conservation Need” in Maryland’s State Wildlife Action Plan.
Instead of in-person meetings this fall, SMAS is hosting virtual lectures using Zoom. We will send invitations via email with a link for joining each online event. If you do not get our Osprey newsletter via email, you need to sign up first. Please scroll to the bottom of this page and submit your email address to subscribe.
